Empowerment for Youth

A strong start to the major theme “Empowerment for Youth.”
This seminar took place on February 12, 13, 14, 15, 20, and 21.
One of the most impactful sessions focused on Unlocking Your Potential — a message that deeply challenged and activated the youth to step into their true capacity.
Unlock Your Potential – 7 Key Principles

  1. Recognize your potential – It is already within you; don’t search for it outside.
  2. Discover your purpose – Your purpose reveals what you were created for.
  3. Develop discipline – Structure, time management, and self-control transform talent into success.
  4. Invest in knowledge – Learning and continuous growth turn potential into real competence.
  5. Embrace the process – Like a seed, your potential needs nurturing, pressure, and patience.
  6. Serve others – Your value increases when you solve problems for others.
  7. Think beyond money – Purpose produces provision; money should not come firs

On July 12, 2025, we had a memorable learning experience focused on discovering various educational games to make our youth gatherings more engaging and dynamic. It was an unforgettable moment of sharing, creativity, and unity with colleagues who share the same vision.
A big thank you to AGiJ for this great initiative that continues to strengthen our skills as youth leaders.

Being a Leader in Service of the Youth

During this training seminar for becoming a youth leader, held in June 2025, we deepened our understanding of the process of socialization, as well as methods for mentoring and supporting young people in their various responsibilities. We also received guidance on our role as leaders.
This officially certified training, culminating in the award of the Juleica (Youth Leader Card), was organized by AGiJ and proved to be a highly enriching and valuable experience.

From May 23 to 25, 2025, a seminar took place in the city of Münster focused on HIV prevention and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The event brought together young people, mentors, and health professionals to discuss key issues related to sexual health.
In addition to raising awareness about the transmission, prevention, and treatment of HIV/AIDS, the seminar also addressed the importance of preparing young people to take responsibility. Participants were encouraged to adopt responsible behaviors, seek accurate information, and actively contribute to building a healthier and more informed society.
The seminar was a valuable time of learning, exchange, and commitment toward a conscious and healthy future.
